Our merchandise offering is vast and a challenge to have in-stock 365 days of the year. Some items are only available to us on a seasonly basis, thus out of our control. Most items are in-stock. Even if an item is on "backorder", it maybe that it's back in-stock in a day or two. If an item is to be a gift that needs to arrive on a specific day, be sure and let us know in the "special instructions" box during checkout online, on the phone, or in an e-mail.
GIFT WRAPPING
If an item is possible to wrap for you, then we will. After you add an item to your "shopping bag", a button "Gift Wrap"will appear if the item is available for wrapping. At this time gift wrapping charges are $2-$5 each. Click the button and follow the directions, a charge other than $0 will now appear in your "shopping bag".
ONLINE CATALOG
Shopping via one of our catalogs online is easy. Go to "Shop Online Catalog" and a catalog layout appears, then follow the directions for navigation. When you rollover an item with your pointer the item name appears, click and go to the detail page for the item.
PURCHASING GIFT CARDS

Sending a gift card to a friend or family member is simple. Go to "Gift Cards" and
select "Ecard" or "Paper Gift Certificate". Ecard's are sent in an e-mail within minutes. Paper gift certificates are mailed with a copy of our latest catalog thru the USPS. Allow 2-5 days for delivery of paper gift certificates.
