How do I know whether an item is in-stock or backordered?
When you add to your shopping bag a notice will appear if on backorder, if an item is on backorder it generally adds a week for delivery.

What do I do if I want to change or cancel my order?
Call us at 1-800-910-7179, or e-mail us if it's after hours. If it has been shipped already, your refund will be less the original shipping cost.
How do I use an "EGift Card" or "Promotional" code?
In your shopping cart you can add a promotional code, (case sensitive). During your checkout on the payment page, enter the gift certificate code.
Can I have items gift wrapped for me?
Yes, if an item is available for gift wrapping, once added to your shopping bag a "Gift Wrap" button will appear. Click it and follow directions.
